Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in your Ariège Paris purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery with a valid proof of purchase.

Products may be opened or lightly used, as long as they are returned in reasonable condition. Items that are heavily used, damaged, or returned outside the 30-day window may not be eligible for a refund.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval at our discretion.

Return shipping is free on eligible returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email support@ariegeparis.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide next steps and return instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within a reasonable processing timeframe.
